Study of Biblical prophecy for the arrival and the approach to Jerusalem by the Anti-Christ towards his temple.
Here below, is a picture of the area that is referenced by the following verses found starting at Isaiah [10:28]. As you can see, the Mount of Olives (as marked by a BLUE color circle) stands close to the Mount Moriah of Jerusalem .
The cities that the anti-Christ will traverse are found along the RED line that starts in the approximate location of “Aiath” (aka”Ai”) and continues towards Jerusalem. As you can see, the route has a serpentine resemblance. The 12 cities named include, in order, { Aiath, Migron, Michmash, Geba, Ramah, Gibeah, Gallim, Laish, Anathoth, Madmenah, Gebom, Nob }.
[ ed: Before the review of the route, it should be clear that this very same direction was also used previously by 2 well known biblical characters. They were the Assyrian kings Sargon and Sennacherib and they did bring physical destruction onto the Jerusalem inhabitants while devastating these named cities and more along the route towards Jerusalem. This historical action is a “type” for the future instance of the anti-Christ’s arrival and approach.to Jerusalem Jerusalem. The world will whore after satan and his ilk. As the anti-Christ (the instead-of-Christ) will provide Jerusalem with spiritual destruction. The exception will be for the people who know who satan is and what he is doing, for these are the Elect of God choice. The Elect have the Seal of God to know and love God and not of satan or his ways, and they know better than to revere or support his illegitimate religious governance.]
[ed: Also note the location of “Valley of the Rephaim” (aka “Nephilim, Zuzim, Emim, and Anakim” aka giants) in lower bottom corner.]
ed: [ In Jesus’ very own words below, he remarks that we should not expect to see him in the DESERT or in SECRET CHAMBERS.
Will the false messiah approach Jerusalem from the desert Isaiah [10:28-34] ? Will he reside in a temple with secret chambers Ezekiel [8:3-18] ? ]
Matthew [24:22] And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.
Matthew [24:23] “Then if any man shall say unto you, ‘Lo, here is Christ,’ or ‘there,’ believe it not.”
Matthew [24:26] “Wherefore if they shall say unto you, ‘Behold, He is in the desert;’ go not forth: ‘Behold, He is in the secret chambers;’ believe it not.”
[ed: Let’s check the scriptures from the prophets and see what they taught.]
[ed: And God says: ]
Isaiah [10:5] “O, Assyrian! the rod of Mine anger, and the staff in their hand is Mine indignation.”
Isaiah [10:6] “I will send him against an hypocritical nation, and against the People of My wrath will I give him a charge, to take the spoil, and to take the prey, and to tread them down like the mire of the streets.”
Isaiah [10:7] “Howbeit he meaneth not so, neither doth his heart think so; but it is in his heart to destroy and cut off nations not a few.”
[ed: And satan says: ]
Isaiah [10:10] “As my hand hath found the kingdoms of the idols, and whose graven images did excel them of Jerusalem and of Samaria;”
Isaiah [10:11] “Shall I not, as I have done unto Samaria and her idols, so do to Jerusalem and her idols?”
[ed: The anti-Christ tells of his involvement in setting up idols to the 2 kingdoms, and suggests that he should continue onto Jerusalem and once again take the people (but the “whole” world). He wants to be God and will declare himself to be so at some time during his shortened stay at his temple. Paul wrote to warn people about satan’s attempt to be God in the near future.]
Thessalonians [2:4] “Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the Temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.”
[ed: Below, we will read the actual locations, the distances, even the very Gate of the Jerusalem city that the anti-Christ will establish himself at that temple on that Mount.]
Isaiah [10:28] “He is come to Aiath, he is passed to Migron; at Michmash he hath laid up his carriages:”
“Aiath” [#H5857] was a place in Palestine, Hebrew meaning “heap of ruins”. Also from [#H5856] meaning “overturned ruin”. Also from [#H5753] meaning “to crook” or “distort/twist/pervert”. Also named as “Ai”.
Direction of Aiath is 10 miles from Jerusalem, about 1 o’clock North-by-NorthWest.
The name first appears in the earliest journey of Abraham through this area of what was Canaan, Genesis [12:8].
“Migron“[#H4051] meaning is “precipice”, to which [#H4048] means to “yield up” or “to be thrown”. Even though the map shows Migron South of Michmash, it seems that Migron must be sought to the North of Michmash between Aiath and Michmash. It may well be located at a ruin called as “Makrun”.
“Michmash” [#H4363] means “hidden”. This is where he offload some of his belongings, hidden from view. Michmash is today also called “Mukhamas”.
Direction of Michmash is 7 miles from Jerusalem, about 2 o’clock North-by-NorthWest.
Isaiah [10:29] “They are gone over the passage: they have taken up their lodging at Geba; Ramah is afraid; Gibeah of Saul is fled.”
“Geba” [#H1387] means “hill”. (aka “Gaba”). Today it is called as “Jeba”.
Direction of Geba is 6 miles from Jerusalem, about 1 o’clock North-Northeast. This was the North boundary that Joshua did define with lots before God – Joshua [18:1].
“Ramah” [#H7414] also means “hill”. This is the birth place and the burial place of Samuel, and he did build his altar here too.
Direction of Ramah is 5 miles from Jerusalem, about 12 o’clock North (up) .
“Gibeah” [#H1390] means “hill” and is four miles out and it is where Saul fled. Birth place of Saul.
Direction of Gibeah is 4 miles from Jerusalem, about 12 o’clock North (up).
Isaiah [10:30] “Lift up thy voice, O daughter of Gallim: cause it to be heard unto Laish, O poor Anathoth.”
“Gallim” [#H1554] means “springs/fountains”. A wife of David named Michal, also a daughter of Saul, was given away to a man from Gallim, by Saul.
Direction of Gallim is 3.5 miles from Jerusalem, about 1 o’clock North-by-Northeast.
“Laish” [#H3919] means “lion”with [#H3918] as to “have destructive blows”. Also called today as “Layish”.
Direction of Laish is 2 miles from Jerusalem , about 2 o’clock North-by-Northeast.
“Anathoth” [#H6068] means “to answer, to respond to, to pay attention to, and to begin to speak” and is three miles away. This is the birth place of Jeremiah. Today this town is called as “Anata “.
Direction of Anathoth is 3 miles from Jerusalem , about 2 o’clock North-by-Northeast.]
Isaiah [10:31] “Madmenah is removed; the inhabitants of Gebim gather themselves to flee.”
“Madmenah” [#H4088] means “dunghill”. We are not at the edge of the city. As of today, the direction of this town is not clearly known.
“Gebim” [#H1374] means “cisterns”.
Direction of Gebim from Jerusalem is just outside of Jerusalem on the same hillside ridge as the town of “Nob”.
Isaiah [10:32 ] “As yet shall he remain at Nob that day: he shall shake his hand against the mount of the daughter of Zion, the hill of Jerusalem.”
“Nob” (Noob) [#H5011] means “high place”, also [#H5108] as “fruit” or to “produce”. It was a priestly city before. Saul commanded the Edomite man named Doeg, to slay the entire group of priests. Doeg then decided to go on and kill all the men, women, children of Nob, animals too. “Doeg” means “fearful”. 1 Samuel [ 22:17].
Direction of Nob is just outside of Jerusalem City, about 2 o’clock Northeast.
By reading and understanding these verses above , God is letting you know the direction that the false messiah will come.
When satan comes, the world will see him approaching along the route the Assyrians kings (Sargon and Sennacherib ) took to destroy Jerusalem in the past. This time it will be satan proper in person, de facto, as God will have given him the keys (the authority) to be able to act his role as the fake Christ.
There is a hill called “Mount of Olives”and it is just East of “Mount Moriah” (aka “Temple Mount”). Mount Moriah was also referred to as “Mount Zion” at Isaiah’s time. When the true Messiah, Jesus Christ comes back at the 7th Trump, he will arrive at “Mount of Olives”. When He arrives, the Mount of Olives will split into 2 halves, 1 half North, 1 half South, with a valley in between these halves running West and East, leading up to the East gate of Jerusalem City.]
Isaiah [10:33] “Behold, The Lord, The Lord of hosts, shall lop the bough with terror: and the high ones of stature shall be hewn down, and the haughty shall be humbled.”
Isaiah [10:34] “And He shall cut down the thickets of the forest with iron, and Lebanon shall fall by a mighty one.”
[ed: God will bring great wrath against those who supported and followed this anti-Christ and his endeavors. Many people will be humbled and ashamed for their deliberate ignorance, religious traditions, rebellious and contemptible actions, and following satan and his fallen angel minions with gross misunderstanding of the written Word of God. Tall trees (people) who supported satan will be thinned away and loped off.
[ed: Moving over to Ezekiel’s teachings on future events in this same context. Once satan arrives at Jerusalem, where does he go next ?
In Ezekiel’s written words, satan approaches the temple via the North gate of Jerusalem. God has long ago married (covenant) Jerusalem and now another man wishes to take that place instead, and satan knows that this gross indignation will hurt Father. ]
Micah [1:9] “For her wound is incurable; for it is come unto Judah; he is come unto the gate of My people, even to Jerusalem.”
Ezekiel [8:3] “And He put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to to jealousy.”
[ed: Ezekiel is going to be lifted by an angel, to Jerusalem to watch future bible prophecy. He gets to the city’s North Gate and looks towards the gate from inside the walls. In Isaiah [14:13], it speaks of how the “shinning one” always takes the side of the North. It causes great jealousy to Father as he always has his Temple located.]
Isaiah [14:13] “For thou hast said in thine heart, `I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:”
[ed: Understanding Isaiah chapter 14 will be very helpful to understand what satan’s goal is. Continuing on … ]
Ezekiel [8:5] “Then said He unto me, “Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north.” and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry.”
[ed: God showed Ezekiel an image at the North gate entry. Satans as ant-Christ is going is arriving to a temple, and altar. It is there that satan, as the Antichrist, will rule the world through his religious beast system.]
Ezekiel [8:6] “He said furthermore unto me, “Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from My sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations.”
[ed: Ezekiel is now seeing the temple there, and God is saying that the ignorant Christians will participate in the abominations that take place there. Many will worship anti-Christ as the real Christ. For this is where satan will announce himself as God and expect high honor and reverence for his religious authority.]
Ezekiel [8:7] “And He brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall.”
Ezekiel [8:8] “Then said He unto me, “Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door.”
[ed: Ezekiel was told to dig away at the wall and uncover this hidden door in his temple.]
Ezekiel [8:9] “And He said unto me, “Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here.”
[ed: Ezekiel now goes through the hidden door, An abomination is anything that is truly of satan, and attributed to God, or if it truly is of God, and you then attribute satan the undue credit for it. ]
Ezekiel [8:10] “So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, pourtrayed upon the wall round about.”
[ed: So these animals pictures and images of other things are decorated inside the temple are not anything like the pattern that God told David to set up for the 1st Jerusalem Temple. These will instead be a distraction way from the true God. These items seen by Ezekiel are idols.
The same lesson can be carried into today’s churches whereas the pastors and priests remark on anything but the actual Word of God.]
Ezekiel [8:11] “And there stood before them seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up.”
[ed: While Ezekiel is standing and among the elders there is a priest
called “Jaazaniah” [#H2970] , which means “heard of Jah” (Yah).
Jaazaniahis the son of “Shaphan”, [#H8927] which in the Hebrew means “rabbit”. Jaazaniah is going to be announcing that he has been hearing from God about this or that, when it is just his own imagination or even worse, from an evil spirit.]
Ezekiel [8:12] “Then said He unto me, “Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, ‘The Lord seeth us not; the Lord hath forsaken the earth.’ “
[ed: These are not true men of God, for they speak out of the side of their mouth one thing, but don’t really believe the very words they made up to tell their congregation. The other priests simply are parroting words from a book that they are told to follow and do not have the grasp of the true Word of God. Yet they lead the sheep to their spiritual demise.]
Ezekiel [8:13] “He said also unto me, “Turn thee you again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do.”
Ezekiel [8:14] “Then He brought me to the door of the gate of the Lord’s house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.”
[ed: Ezekiel is back at the Temple’s North gate. and “women” are mourning for a a son of Marduk (the Sun god of Babylonia … aka Nimrod) and Semiramis (his queen) that was reportedly killed by a wild boar. Semirammis, Tammuz’s mother, bore the offspring from Nimrod even though Nimrod was dead and goes on to say that Tammuz was the rebirth of Nimrod through her. This is a false tale of resurrection, to be raised from the dead.
Semirammis made herself the oracle between people and the gods of Nimrod and Tammuz. The worship of Semirammis (mother) and her younger son (Tammuz) was to become formerly known as the Mystery Babylon – which should remind you of a passage found in the book of Revelations [17:5].
Marduk (Nimrod) becomes known simply as “Bel”. Mordicai of the book of Ester) likely derived from this name (drop the “i” sound).
Like old Hebrew, Chaldean language vowels were not spelled outright but
tonal inflections were learned through hearing them ]
[ed: “Mystery” in more than something “mysterious”. It was a club-like group. A person would be invited to join up as a member, to become an initiate, perhaps a person would learn of mystical words/sentences to be
used in the afterworld, or to enact certain prescribed rituals to become a higher enlightened person. People could advance towards a god-like existence by achieving certain knowledge and accomplishing tasks that would somehow bring the person to reach god-like existence. To these people, it is possible to ascend to God-like status by achieving greater knowledge and completing prescribed activities.]
[ed: “Mystery Babylon” religion spread across the world as the people of this area were scattered, from the middle east area of Babylon Genesis [11:7-9]. They scattered abroad after the Tower of Babel was destroyed taking false religious teachings and practices with them.]
[ed: The early church made some great decisions to change the correct birth and death dating away from absolute reality and towards whatever other assignment they could imagine. Today, “everyone” celebrates Dec 25 as the birthday for Christ, but he was really born on Sept 29 4 BC.
Many Christians celebrate a holiday called Easter, which is not at all like Passover. They call up a period of Lent, and make days like Ash Wednesday or Good Friday important, when in fact they have no basis.
Jesus was actually crucified on a Wednesday, resurrecting on Sunday the first day of the week, after 6 PM (as a day began at 6pm of the prior day). Then he spent 3 whole days and 3 whole nights in the tomb.
The son of God gave his perfect life’s sacrifice for all who should believe, and who claim it. His death was at Passover, before the first day of the Feast of Leavened Bread, and He being the first fruit to bear. It is appropriate for people to appreciate and revere his death (His gift of life) at Passover holiday and all other days as well, for Jesus Christ is our Passover now, and he will never leave you once you have him in your life.
You do not have to go look for Him, for he will knock at your door and you just have to be willing to ask him inside your life to stay.
It is true that the birth of Tammuz was always on December 25, which was celebrated in Babylonia as the beginning of a new year for their own calendar. Another study on the gods/goddesses will focus on these false deities and how those practices are to be found all about.]
Ezekiel [8:15] “Then said He unto me, “Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations than these.”
Ezekiel [8:16] “And He brought me into the inner court of the Lord’s house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the Lord, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the Lord, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east.”
[ ed: In that inner court. These 24 men, represent the priests being divided up into 24 groups (or courses) with each course having its own leader. These are the 24 leaders plus the Chief priest of the Levitical priesthood, for 25 total. They have all turned their back away from God, as they are facing the East, and worshipping the sun, not God.]
Ezekiel [8:17] “Then He said unto me, “Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the House of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke Me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose.”
[ed: The abomination mentioned here is to make an idol and bring it up to the front of one’s face.]
Ezekiel [8:18] “Therefore will I also deal in fury: Mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in Mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them.”
[ed: The true God will reject these people just as these people have rejected the true God. ]
[ed: Now we will see what will happen after the Lord’s Day has arrived and the people who were alive then will need great resolve to understand the truth of God’s way and his expectations for them so they can achieve eternal life just as the Elect who stand against satan in the last days did. For the Elect, they are the first resurrection and they are now living with a eternal spiritual body that is incorruptible.
After the 7th trump, Jesus shall establish his Millennial Temple and There will be lots for the priests, the Levitical, the City itself, and an altar for which the spiritually dead can atone for their sins. Many will travel to this Millennial Jerusalem site to worship.] For those interested, there is a very good diagram of the layout of the Millennial Temple lots in the References page of this site.]
Micah [4:1] ” But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.”
[ ed: Jesus has arrived and the great wrath has passed … through Isaiah, God has more to say about this new Lord’s Day (of the Millennium). ]
Isaiah [25:6] “And in this mountain shall the Lord of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, and fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.”
[ed: “This mountain” is mount Zion (aka Mount Moriah), the place where Jesus Christ resides for the Millennium period. At Christ’s return all people will receive the best of everything from Him. “Wine on the lees” means the best of the wines, and “fat things full of marrow” is in reference to he “whole wheat grain, with the very kidney kept”. “Wine on the lees well refined” means that the wine has aged well.
Wheat used to make bread and notice that wine will also be provided, for these represent the body and blood of Jesus (our communion) and we will have Him forever after as our King.
This then is in reference to the fact that when Jesus has arrived and is ready to begin to establish relations with the people who made terrible mistakes in their lives against Him and against others. These people will have to overcome their sins by their works (not just faith) and are to be able to finally behave as they should have before. Everyone will be in their own spiritual bodies with a complete capacity of our mind.
He will provide the best that there is.
You can hopefully see His love for His children !
All the people will receive this, not just the Elect.
This is the start of the Millennium age, and all souls will have understood the wrongs that they have done in this earth age, and have full understanding of God and His ways.
It will be a thousand year period of strict discipline to His ways. God’s wrath has already gone forth, and the evil of this age is gone when this feast takes place.
God’s elect and those that did not take part in Satan’s system have their rewards, and are in their eternal bodies. God is establishing His kingdom here on earth, and all the earth will be part of that kingdom. ]
Isaiah [25:7] “And He will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.”
[ed: This veil is spoken of by Paul in Romans 11. Many Christians will be placed with this “veil”, as it is called a “spirit of slumber”, (in the Greek “slumber” is “stupor”) that will prevent them from committing the unforgivable sin by living in ignorance.
The unforgivable sin being – knowing the truth, and preventing the Holy Spirit of God to speak through you once the anti-Christ arrives and you are brought before him, or of the counsels that are of his religious system.
The Talmud [Yevamot 49b] says that he (Isaiah) suffered martyrdom by being sawn in two under the orders of Manasseh, although it was likely in conjunction with certain rulers within the temple . ]
